Who We Help

Types of Intended Parents We Help

Among the best top surrogacy agencies in the U.S., Circle has been helping all types of intended parents build their families through surrogacy. Since 1995, we have supported parents and surrogates to help bring over 3,300 babies into the world.

Heterosexual Intended Parents

Heterosexual individuals and couples may choose surrogacy and egg donation for a variety of reasons, including: infertility, medical diagnosis such as cancer, or a genetic defect or health condition. Either with the intended mother’s own eggs – or donor eggs – and the intended father’s sperm – or donor sperm – embryos are created and transferred into a gestational surrogate.

Circle’s founder, John Weltman, a lawyer and gay dad of two children through surrogacy, created Circle with the belief that everyone should have the opportunity to become a parent. We work hard to uphold that mission by working with a diverse community of intended parents including individuals who are straight, gay, trans, nonbinary, single, and coupled.

Circle Surrogacy supports those individuals and couples hoping to build their families through surrogacy from all over the world, from the UK to Norway, to Switzerland and Australia and everywhere in between. Surrogacy in the United States for those living abroad is a safe family-building option. In fact, Circle Surrogacy has grown families in over 70 countries over the last three decades.

Our surrogacy program allows cancer survivors to have the families of their dreams.

With a deep understanding of infertility after cancer, Circle will work with intended parents to ensure they are ready emotionally, mentally and physically to begin a surrogacy journey.

Living with HIV doesn't prevent you from having a child safely through surrogacy. The Special Program of Assisted Reproduction (SPAR) has allowed hundreds of HIV+ men to build their families through surrogacy. Circle Surrogacy is proud to have assisted many couples and individuals through this program since 2009.
