Heterosexual Intended Parents
Parenthood Through Surrogacy
Heterosexual couples may choose surrogacy to build their family for a variety of reasons, including infertility, a medical diagnosis, or a genetic health condition that they don’t want to pass on.

Our deep understanding of your emotional and logistical needs, more than 30 years of experience, and personal passion make us a trusted, full-service surrogacy agency for heterosexual intended parents.

Intended Parent Requirements
A surrogacy journey is an emotional, mental, and financial commitment for you and your partner. Requirements are put in place to help determine if surrogacy is the right fit.
As heterosexual intended parents, you should meet these basic requirements:
Have a medical need for surrogacy, such as a history of infertility diagnosed by a doctor, or a medical diagnosis, such as cancer (We do not support surrogacy as a lifestyle choice, also known as "social surrogacy").
Have a strong support system in place. In addition to your partner, having others in your family and friend circle who know about and support your journey can help you navigate the ins and outs of your experience.
Meet agency guidelines for parents, including age requirements and openness to a relationship with your surrogate.
These requirements are meant to be guidelines to help you determine if you qualify for surrogacy and would be a good fit for our program. There is no one-size-fits-all surrogacy journey. We’ve cultivated offerings to serve as many intended parents as possible, with programs customized to your specific needs.
Our Surrogacy Programs for Heterosexual Couples
Every family's path to parenthood is unique, and we’ve designed our surrogacy options to meet you wherever you are in your journey:
Surrogacy: We use our MatchMade™ process to connect you with a surrogate who is committed to helping you grow your family.
Surrogacy with egg donation: If you need both a surrogate and an egg donor, our experienced team will manage and coordinate every aspect for you.
Sibling surrogacy journeys: If you’re ready to bring home another baby, this option often allows you to work with the same surrogate, creating meaningful connections for your growing family.
Surrogacy with a friend: Our team provides comprehensive support for these deeply personal journeys, from medical coordination to in-house legal guidance for everyone involved.
Costs can vary based on your specific choices, and you can learn more about surrogacy costs and program options available for intended parents. Our program coordinators will work closely with you to understand your preferences and help you choose the path that best aligns with your family's needs and circumstances.

Finding an Egg Donor
Should you need an egg donor to grow your family, our team is ready to provide guidance and support throughout this journey. We’ve helped thousands of heterosexual intended parents find egg donors who match their family’s needs.
We offer an in-house egg donor database of thoroughly screened fresh donors, and we maintain trusted partnerships with third-party agencies and clinics if you prefer a frozen donor or are seeking options beyond our donor pool. Our in-house team coordinates both egg donation and surrogacy for couples, so you work with one team across the full journey — from donor selection through the birth of your baby.
