Intended Parent Groups at Circle

The intention of this group is to provide a space for women who have come to surrogacy for various reasons. Some from a history of infertility, some loss, some medical or emotional challenges. This group is open to you regardless of what stage you may be in during the process (i.e. matching, contracts, pregnant). It is meant to be a safe space to come together to share experiences and feelings about the surrogacy process. This group is facilitated by Jen Rachman, LCSW Manager of IP Support and parent through surrogacy and egg donation.

Join us to explore topics relevant to the transition to parenthood experience for LGBTQ+ parents. Group to be co-led by Emily Sonier, VP of Culture and Program Support and Anthony Brown, Manager of Client Services and a dad through surrogacy.

This group is open to and focuses on BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) Intended Parents and their partners. This group will provide a safe space to share general experiences and challenges the BIPOC community faces during a surrogacy journey. The group will take place monthly via zoom and will each provide a relevant topic of discussion for each group. This group is facilitated based on topic rotation. The group will be led by Carlos Dolan, Intake Associate and Parent through surrogacy and Katiana Figueroa, Matching Specialist.

Join us to connect with other single intended parents who are too planning for parenthood through surrogacy. The group will share common experiences of going through the surrogacy process, allow you to connect with others in the program, while also focusing on preparing for life as a single parent. Group will be led by Jen Rachman, LCSW, Manager of Intended Parents Support and Parent through Surrogacy, and Genevieve Paradis, Match Specialist and Experienced Surrogate!

This group provides support and a sense of community for intended parents living in the Tri-state area: New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey. This group is open to all intended parents in Circle’s program, at any stage of the surrogacy process. This group is co-led by Jen Rachman, LCSW and Anthony Brown, Manager of Client Services. This group is offered to provide support and a sense of community to French-speaking intended parents during the course of their surrogacy journey. This group is open to any French-speaking intended parents (living in the US or abroad), at any stage of the surrogacy process. This group is facilitated by Sarah Marino, Head of West Coast Client Services, and Genevieive Paradis, Matching Specialist and Experienced GC.

This group is offered to provide support and a sense of community to Chinese-speaking intended parents at/after match stage of the surrogacy process. Group to be led by Eva Yu, Outreach Associate and Chinese Liaison.

An opportunity to bring women together who have had similar paths to surrogacy due to having MRKH (Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser Syndrome). We will share stories about the diagnosis stage, choosing to move forward through surrogacy and sharing their path with others. This group will be led by Nancy Weatherby, parent through surrogacy and Outreach Manager at Circle Surrogacy.

This IP group is for those who are in the 2nd trimester of pregnancy. The group will allow you to connect with others in the same stage of their surrogacy. This group is co-led by Circle Team members Sarah Harris, Program Manager (and 3x surrogate) and Julie Ratkovich, Senior Program Coordinator (and former surrogate).

This IP group is for those who are entering the 3rd trimester of pregnancy.  New parents are welcome to continue with the group for the 4th Trimester to support their transition to parenthood.   This group is co-led by Circle Team members Kate Gaskill, Director of Legal Services, Sarah Harris, Program Manager (*and 3x surrogate) and Carlos Dolan, Outreach Associate and parent through surrogacy.

This group is a Meet-Up for Circle IP's who are based in Europe. It is for IP's in all stages of their surrogacy process. We welcome you to connect with others, ask questions, share stories, and learn from one another. The group is co-led by Brett Griffin-Young, Head of International Client Services and parent through surrogacy, and Amanda Harry, Senior Manager of Program Coordination.

This group is for those who are in the matching phase of their journey.  Please join Dean Hutchison, our VP of Legal Services and Katherine Fitzsimmons, Matching Coordinator to discuss getting legally prepared for your match.  Group leaders will provide education about being a good “legal fit” with your surrogate and answer any questions you have about the legal aspects matching. We suggest you attend at least one session before matching.
