Welcome to our California Surrogacy Office
Circle Surrogacy was founded in 1995 by John Weltman, a lawyer and dad through surrogacy. Headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, Circle Surrogacy has an office in downtown Burlingame, CA, easily accessed from San Francisco and other California cities.
Circle offers support and services for potential parents and surrogates from all over the United States – as well as potential parents from around the world. Our California surrogacy agency office supports intended parents and surrogates from California and the West Coast, as well as international intended parents. It is not a requirement to live near your surrogacy agency since you will likely never have the need to visit; however, if you live in the western part of the country, you can easily visit us in Burlingame.
