Meet Our Team
John Weltman is a father through surrogacy, a lawyer and the founder of Circle Surrogacy and Egg Donation. He attended Yale University, Oxford University in England and the University of Virginia, from which he earned his Bachelor's, Master's and J.D. (law) degrees. He has practiced law all over the world, and is admitted for all purposes in Massachusetts, New York and California. He was the first to establish the right of couples to get insurance coverage for gestational surrogacy in Massachusetts, and has repeatedly obtained pre-birth orders, step-parent and second-parent adoptions for gay and straight couples and singles having children through surrogacy throughout the United States. He has also worked closely with lawyers and parents from six continents and more than 72 countries to get legal recognition of their children in their home countries.
Sam joined Circle in 2017, after spending 10 years advising and building a variety of businesses. Having experienced fertility challenges when starting his own family, Sam understands firsthand the importance of support and help to fulfill dreams of parenthood. Sam and his wife are now blessed with two beautiful girls with the help of IVF.
Steuart brings over 10 years of experience providing strategic and operational guidance for a variety of businesses. Steuart earned an MBA and an MS at the University of Michigan. Steu is a long-time supporter of the LGBTQ community, as well as organizations such as Teach For America, where he served as a teacher in rural Mississippi. As Executive Director at Circle, Steu oversees all services we provide to surrogates, egg donors and intended parents.
Scott has been part of the Circle family since 2003. He graduated from Boston College, and then from Boston College Law School, and worked as the Director of Legal Services at Circle. In his current role as the Director of Operations, Scott oversees the Circle team, as well as serving clients. He enjoys meeting with Intended Parents, whether in Boston, on Skype, or in their hometowns. He's proud to have been part of this company for so long, helping so many families grow. Scott is married with 3 beautiful children, and has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers each year from 2012 through 2017.
Dean received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Richmond and his law degree from Suffolk University. He began his professional legal career as a law clerk for Circle Surrogacy in 2004, where he assisted in all aspects of client legal work including drafting surrogate agreements and attending adoption hearings. He worked for Lawson & Weitzen, LLP for six years as a litigation attorney and was named a Rising Star in Massachusetts Super Lawyer and Boston Magazine in 2005, 2009, 2010, 2013, and 2014. He returned to Circle full time in 2011 and helps manage the legal portion of intended parents’ journeys.

Emily earned a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pennsylvania. After graduate school, Emily worked with individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS in Philadelphia. She then worked with adolescents in a residential program, providing individual, group and family therapy. Emily started at Circle as a Journey Coordinator and now supports both the Program Coordinator team, the Pre-screening and Screening teams and is available as additional support to intended parents. Emily comes to Circle with her own history of infertility struggles and brings this experience and understanding to her role as Clinical Director. Cliff graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Cliff has many years of experience working in acute psychiatric settings with adults. For more than 20 years, he worked in Psychiatric Emergency Services providing acute assessments and interventions to children, adults and families in crisis. He is a father through surrogacy to two boys and is familiar with the unique challenges that surrogacy brings to families of school-age children.
Mary started as Circle’s Director of Accounting in 2011. Before joining the team, Mary worked as a tax accountant and business advisor for several years after an impressive career in corporate accounting. From 1987 to 1997, she was Vice President and Controller for Envision. She started her career at Deloitte after graduating from Bentley with her MBA.
Kristin joined Circle in 2017 as Marketing Director. Prior to this role, Kristin worked at advertising and marketing agencies creating successful brand, digital and social campaigns for clients. Her personal experience brought her to Circle: Kristin and her husband are proud parents to their son thanks to Circle Surrogacy. Having been through the process, Kristin brings an experienced perspective to all of Circle's digital and social marketing, and is excited to use her marketing expertise for something for which she has so much passion.
INTENDED PARENT OUTREACH
Nancy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Technical Management at Wentworth Institute of Technology. While working within the electrical industry she and her husband decided to embark on their first gestational surrogacy journey. The joy that her children have brought her, coupled with the amazingly successful journeys she experienced, instilled in her the desire to help other couples and surrogates achieve the same happiness. In late 2002, Nancy joined Circle, and truly enjoys guiding others through the process.
Sarah was born in Paris, France. After receiving her Master's Degree in International Affairs from Boston University, Sarah worked for Circle Surrogacy for two years as a Program Coordinator, providing intended parents, surrogates and egg donors support throughout their journey. Formerly a Coordinator for the Department of Global Health and Social Medicine at Harvard Medical School, Sarah is able to use her language skills and interest for international health and social issues for community outreach, and to engage with French-speaking clients. As Manager of Community Development and Analysis, Sarah participates in consults and intended parent intake, as well as works closely with the marketing team in outreach and communication.
Jen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, cancer survivor and mother through gestational surrogacy. She earned a Master of Social Work degree from New York University and has over a decade of clinical experience working with children, adolescents and their families. A former Circle client, Jen is excited to combine her professional and personal experience as part of the Circle Team. A New York City native, Jen provides outreach, consultations, and support to potential intended parents who live in the NYC metropolitan area.
Brett is incredibly passionate about surrogacy and parenting and is honored to be working with Circle. Brett has more than nine years of experience in surrogacy, and has a son, Sebastian, through the Circle Program. As an International Outreach Associate, Brett has had the opportunity to work with Intended Parents from around the world in more than 25 countries. Brett introduces them to – and supports them through – a surrogacy journey in the United States, sometimes for multiple journeys! Brett travels to various cities around the world to meet with Intended Parents at all stages of the process, as well as speaks on various panels about his experience with U.S. Surrogacy. Brett lives with his husband Matthew in Nottinghamshire, England, with their son Sebastian and their daughter, Georgiana, whom they adopted in the UK at 8 months old. Brett loves to travel, and spend as much time as possible with his two amazing kids.
Fabien, who is French and Belgian, joined the Circle team as an International Outreach Associate after becoming a dad through surrogacy. Fabien earned his Master's Degree in European Law, and has worked as a lawyer in the insurance industry in Paris, as well as in the communication department of a non-profit organization. His passion for surrogacy and willingness to share his personal story, allows him to easily connect with International intended parents as part of the consultation legal team. Fabien is active in the gay community, and loves spending time with his daughter.
Eva earned a Bachelor’s degree in economics and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance and marketing from SUNY Stony Brook. Originally from Hong Kong, she moved to the United States with her family when she was a teenager. Eva is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. As the Chinese Liaison at Circle, Eva works with Chinese intended parents to guide them through the surrogacy process and ensure they understand Circle’s values and culture. Alicia earned her Master of Social Work degree from Simmons College School of Social Work in Boston, MA. Upon graduation, she began working at Circle Surrogacy screening prospective gestational carrier applicants and introducing Circle’s surrogacy model to prospective intended parents through consultations. Following three years at Circle, Alicia transitioned to Massachusetts General Hospital’s Fertility Center where she provided counseling and support to couples and individuals pursuing assisted reproductive technologies for family building and facilitating third party reproduction consults and screenings. Alicia returns to Circle Surrogacy as Manager of Intended Parent Support Services working to provide support and guidance to intended parents throughout the course of their surrogacy journey.
Amanda received her Master of Social Work degree from Boston University and her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Boston College. Before coming to Circle, Amanda worked in the social work department at a local hospital, providing support to patients in Labor and Delivery. She also spent some time living in Chile and is excited to bring her Spanish language skills and multicultural perspective to the Circle team. Amanda now manages Circle’s team of Program Coordinators while continuing to assist intended parents along their journeys to create and expand their families.
Amanda came to Circle in 2015 after 9 years of conducting background investigations for the United States government. Amanda also worked as a case manager for Big Brothers Big Sisters in Pennsylvania and Virginia and eventually as the Vice President of Program Services for the office in Virginia. Amanda has a bachelor’s degree in Criminology with a minor in Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Her active duty military husband has led her all over the United States; which has provided her the opportunity to meet and work with people from all walks of life. Having two children of her own, Amanda is very familiar with the ups and downs of pregnancy and childbirth. Amanda is thrilled to be working at Circle and considers herself blessed to be helping our intended parents grow their families.
Sarah graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing. Additionally, she received a Master’s degree in education with a focus on counseling and human relations from Northern Arizona University. Prior to joining Circle, Sarah coordinated Arizona State University’s freshman programming and developed her own life coaching practice. As a certified life coach, she worked with clients all over the world. Sarah has a beautiful daughter, and is thrilled to help intended parents achieve their dream of having a family. When she is not working, she loves to run, read, hang out with friends, and spend time with her family.
Michelle received her Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of West Florida in 2002. After college she became the business manager of a machine shop in Panama City, FL. She is a mother of two children and after her own journey as a surrogate she became excited about the opportunity to work with other parents, egg donors, and surrogates.
Megin is a 3-time surrogate with Circle who is passionate about helping others build their families. Megin uses her experience as a surrogate to support our intended parents and surrogates throughout their journeys. Prior to joining Circle, Megin worked in the financial industry. She is the mother of 3 grown children and a lover of animals, and has even owned a few show dogs.
Jasmine earned her Bachelor’s degree and her Master's degree in Criminal Justice from California State University at Long Beach. Originally from China, she moved to the United States with her family in 2001. Before joining Circle, she worked in the law enforcement field with troubled teens. She is fluent in Mandarin and English. She is really excited to help intended parents from China learn about the surrogacy process as well as helping IPs through the beginning of the surrogacy process.
Minette is excited to be on the Circle team after working through Circle as a surrogate for a French couple. Minette holds an M.A. in Counseling and worked as a counselor at a prison in Texas before joining Circle. With three amazing kids of her own, she loves helping others on the journey to parenthood.
Callie was thrilled to join the Circle Team after a surrogacy journey carrying twins for an international couple. Having four beautiful children of her own, she loves working with intended parents assisting in building their families. Along with her personal surrogacy experience, she has a background in Child Protection and Licensing.
Christian was born in Paris, France, where he received his Master’s degree in business administration. Before joining Circle, Christian was a Senior Consultant in staffing management in Paris for 8 years, providing high quality services for his candidates as well as for his company clients. He’s excited to bring his multicultural skills and perspectives to the Circle team, as he also speaks Spanish thanks to his Colombian wife. Friends with a couple who went through surrogacy, and uncle to 5 nephews, he understands the challenges and tremendous joy children can bring to a family. Christian is excited to have joined Circle and the Journey Support team.
Ashleigh completed her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing, Cum Laude, in 2008 from Newman University. After graduating, Ashleigh practiced nursing at several area hospitals and clinics, while raising her four children with her husband. Ashleigh’s love for family and pregnancy brought her to Circle as a surrogate in 2015, when she carried twins for an international couple. Then in 2017, her path lead her back to Circle as a program coordinator helping other surrogates and intended parents build families and lifelong friendships.
Hui joined Circle in March of 2017. Prior to working at Circle, she worked in China as a travel consultant after graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree from Sichuan University. She moved to Auckland, New Zealand in 2010 where she studied Liaison Interpreting at Unitec, while working as an office assistant. New Zealand is also where she gave birth to her lovely daughter. She moved to the United States in 2014 where she worked as a freelance medical interpreter. She is passionate about bringing her interpersonal experiences to Circle and assisting intended parents with their journeys.
SURROGATE INTAKE AND SUPPORT
Support Manager, LICSW
Solveig earned her Master of Science in Social Work degree from the University of Texas at Austin School of Social Work. During her master’s program, she trained at two major hospitals in Texas. At these institutions, she worked primarily with women populations conducting psychosocial assessments, connecting patients and their families with local and national resources, collaborating with the interdisciplinary health team, as well as providing clinical support. Solveig comes to Circle with an interest in fertility-related issues and is excited to contribute to the mission and goals of the agency through screening and supporting surrogates. She also works on the consultation team to provide support to intended parents in their initial engagement with the agency.
Rachel earned her Master of Social Work degree from Boston University in 1999. She worked in the child welfare and adoption fields prior to joining the Circle team in 2005. Rachel has held a variety of roles and responsibilities during her time with Circle, including screening and matching donors and surrogates and supporting intended parents through the surrogacy process. She currently provides clinical support to surrogates throughout their journeys and moderates the Intended Parent Forum. She is excited to have the opportunity to continue to help create and support families through their surrogacy journeys.
Christina earned her Master's in Social Work from Simmons College. Her clinical training is inclusive of helping children and families navigate state, federal, and community resources as well as conducting short term therapy within a partial hospitalization program for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender adults. Christina’s most recent experience prior to her introduction at Circle includes community-based work with adults who suffer from severe and persistent mental illness, with a focus on safety maintenance as a means for successful community immersion. Christina brings her clinical skills to Circle to assess applicants and support surrogates during their journeys with intended parents.
Alana earned her Master’s in Social Work from Boston University. Her clinical training is inclusive of supporting youth and families who are at risk and who carry a mental health diagnosis in the community, home, and school settings develop a positive sense of self academically, emotionally, and socially. Alana comes to Circle with an interest in infertility and surrogacy-related issues, and a motivation to support surrogates in navigating a journey in a happy and healthy way for themselves and the intended parents with whom they are working. She brings her clinical skills to assess applicants and support surrogates during their journeys with intended parents.
Katherine earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology at Mount Holyoke College and her Master of Social Work degree at Smith College School for Social Work. Katherine has worked the field of human services and social work for 20 years, and brings a passion for building family connections to her work. Prior to joining the Circle team, Katherine’s work focused on helping adolescents in foster care and residential treatment, with a focus on family reunification whenever possible. At Circle, Katherine has worked with intended parents, egg donors, and surrogates with a focus on conducting assessments and supporting surrogates through their journeys. Katherine is currently providing support to the surrogate prescreening team. Outside of work, Katherine enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her husband and her three boys.
Molly earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University with a concentration in Finance. She worked with investors and traders as a Portfolio Coordinator for four years. Molly desired a more people-oriented profession and switched gears; she achieved a Master's in Social Work from Simmons College. Her clinical training involved helping homeless families maintain shelter and she later worked with oncology patients at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. With an interest in fertility challenges, Molly joined Circle as a Program Coordinator. Molly is now responsible for conducting psychosocial evaluations for surrogate applicants and their primary support person. Molly keeps busy outside of Circle with her 2 beautiful daughters.
Kristi received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of Missouri. Kristi is also a previous surrogate with Circle and delivered twins in 2014. She began working for Circle as an outreach coordinator and thoroughly enjoyed her time working closely with women starting their journeys as surrogates. She now works as the Surrogate Prescreening Manager and loves leading a great team while still being connected to the Circle surrogates. Kristi is an avid dog rescuer and is married with two children of her own.
Heather is a Surrogate Prescreening Coordinator and has enjoyed working as a part of the Circle Team since 2015. Heather enjoys working on the front lines guiding future surrogates through the application process and helping to prepare them for their life-changing role of making another family's dreams come true. Heather has completed two amazing surrogacy journeys with Circle and enjoys sharing her personal knowledge base from her experience both before, during and after a surrogacy journey.
Cory is excited to work with Circle as a Surrogate Outreach Coordinator. Her wonderful experience as a three-time surrogate for Circle Surrogacy inspired her to join the team to help women who were interested in helping a family learn about the process from a representative with firsthand knowledge. In addition to her personal experience with surrogacy, she has extensive experience in the clerical and medical fields as well as medical records and billing. She loves working with new applicants as they look forward to starting their journey. Cory is married with three kids and she has carried four surrogate babies.
Jessica is a three-time gestational surrogate, whose experience and passion for surrogacy makes new applicants feel at ease in the prescreening phase. Jessica loves walking potential carriers through the first stages of surrogacy, whether that be answering any questions they may have or helping them to gather necessary documentation for the next stage of their journey. Jessica is married to her husband of 17 years, with whom she has 4 delightful children.
As a three-time surrogate with Circle, Sarah's experience helps her tremendously in her role, working directly with new surrogate applicants. Sarah enjoys being part of the Circle team because she believes her journeys have been some of the most rewarding experiences of her life. Sarah received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2009. Sarah is married to her husband, with whom she has two beautiful children.
Nicole has an extensive administrative background, and began her career at Circle in the Egg Donation department. Nicole's current role is Prescreening Medical Records Coordinator, and she's responsible for obtaining and reviewing all medical records and documents needed for the pre-screening process for our surrogates, and obtaining medical pre-aproval from IVF clinics. Nicole’s outgoing personality and enthusiastic approach to her work enables her to develop and maintain strong relationships with our surrogates, egg donors, intended parents and IVF clinics. Nicole and her husband Paul have a 13 year old son.
Dory received her Master of Social Work and Master of Public Health degrees from Boston University. During graduate school, Dory worked in the OB/GYN department at a major Boston hospital, where she counseled and provided support to women pre and postpartum, and worked with them and their families through the joys and struggles of childbirth. Dory initially joined Circle in 2014 as part of the Program Coordination team, where she served in numerous roles. Now, Dory works as the Manager of the Egg Donation Department and is thrilled to work in this role within the Circle family, continuing to assist families and individuals on their journeys to creating and expanding their families.
Elinor Sidman has a diverse work history, starting her career at Circle in its early years as Founder John Weltman’s, Legal Assistant. Further, she has more than 10 years of working experience in the legal field. Elinor parted ways with Circle for almost seven years, living in the Central Florida area where she worked in sales. Upon returning home to the Boston area, she rejoined the Circle Team as a Case Manager, and worked in that role for five years. Elinor looks forward to continuing to grow with – and be a part of – the Circle Surrogacy and Circle Egg Donation team for many years to come.
Leah came to Circle after working in sales and marketing as a Realtor for over 20 years. She has a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and has three wonderful children, one of whom is adopted from Korea, making her family complete. Leah is honored to be able to help others create and expand their families as part of the Circle egg donation team.
Natalie Kanellis is a graduate of the University of Iowa and the University of Iowa College of Law. She began her practice in New York City in securities litigation. In Boston, Natalie continued her litigation and appellate practice with a concentration in complex business disputes and professional liability. She is admitted in New York, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Iowa. Natalie and John have worked together for many years. At Circle Surrogacy and the Weltman Law Group, she is involved in all aspects of surrogacy legal work. She recently co-authored “What Family Law Attorneys Should Know About ART Issues” which appears in the Fall 2015 issue of the American Journal of Family Law.
Gina-Marie received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Roger Williams University and her Juris Doctor from Massachusetts School of Law. She has been working at Circle since 2007 assisting in all aspects of client legal work, including legal consultations, contracts, establishment of parental rights, insurance reviews, state and country laws research, and estate planning. In addition, she manages the surrogate matching department assisting all clients and surrogates with finding the best match. She has also personally completed 4 egg donations to further assist intended parents with building their families.
Jessica received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Villanova University and went on to receive her law degree from Suffolk University Law School. At Circle, Jessica addresses insurance issues, assists with wills and estate planning, and assists intended parents with establishing their parental rights through birth orders, adoptions, and custody orders. Since Jessica started with Circle in 2012, she has worked with counsel throughout the country and internationally to ensure that intended parents have the necessary parentage documents, along with facilitating documentation for travel and reentry. Jessica is also a native Spanish speaker.
Melissa received her Bachelor's degree from Stonehill College, cum laude, and went on to receive her law degree from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude. At Suffolk Law, Melissa was an Executive Board Member of the Suffolk University Transnational Law Review, and her piece about international child custody rights under the Hague Convention was published in Volume 37 of the Law Review. Melissa is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. She joined Circle in 2016 with a litigation background, after interning for two years at law firms in Boston. She now assists clients in drafting and negotiating surrogate and egg donor agreements, addresses insurance issues and appeals, and assists intended parents with establishing parental rights through adoptions.
Erin Sougstad received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and went on to receive her Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center. At Georgetown, Erin focused extensively on family law and assisted reproductive technology law, completing an independent study in The Hague’s Surrogacy/Parentage Project on issues arising from international surrogacy arrangements. She has experience in domestic and international corporate law and project finance, as well as in litigation and family law. At Circle, Erin assists clients in drafting and negotiating egg donor and surrogacy agreements, addressing insurance issues and appeals, and establishing parentage rights. Erin is also a fluent Turkish speaker.
Elizabeth graduated with a Bachelors degree in both Political Science and Spanish from Eckerd College in Florida. She then returned to Boston and received her Paralegal Certificate from Boston University which upon completion began working for a litigation firm in Boston for a few years. Elizabeth joins the Circle team, excited to do work on her passion for family law and advocacy.
As Marketing and Events Manager for Circle Surrogacy, Jennifer plays a pivotal role in Circle's marketing and branding efforts. She manages all aspects of Circle's domestic and international group meetings, educational seminars, trade shows and conferences. In addition, she contributes to Circle's media and community outreach, corporate marketing material, and provides content across all digital platforms. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Anthropology/Sociology from Plymouth State College.
Nick earned a BS in applied computer science and physics from Keene State College. He began his career working with early stage startups before joining the Circle team in 2016 as a Senior Web Developer, and has been running the website ever since. When he's not deploying a fix to production, he's likely out on the disc golf course.
Melissa joined Circle’s Accounting team back in April 2010. Since that time, she has acted as Trust Accountant, Medical Billing Specialist, and Operations Accountant, all while obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Melissa now manages the Accounting Department, as her varied experience while working at Circle gives her insight in overseeing the department’s day-to-day procedures. Prior to joining Circle, Melissa spent 9 years as a Medical Practice Manager for three Boston-based physician and surgical offices, and has also worked hands on with many major Boston area hospitals. Melissa is a mom to two very spirited little girls who keep her on her toes. Melissa's next goal is to complete her MBA with a concentration in Strategic Management.
Lizzy joined Circle as a Program Coordinator at the start of 2013. After learning the surrogacy process, she moved to the Accounting Department to assist intended parents with their trust accounts, and to act as a liaison between the Accounting Department and Program Coordination team. She now manages the IOLTA side of Circle’s accounting, while still assisting intended parents with their accounts. Lizzy enjoys traveling and reading, and is working towards her Master of Accounting degree and her CPA license.
Aileen joined Circle’s Accounting Department in December 2013 with 10 years of experience in the accounting field. As a mom to a beautiful baby girl, she enjoys being part of intended parents’ journeys to complete their families. Additionally, Aileen speaks Spanish fluently, which is asset for Circle’s Spanish-speaking parents. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Zach earned a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He has managed political campaigns, including the successful campaign for the first openly gay elected official in the state of Idaho, has been a supervisor in a reproductive health clinic, and fundraised for agencies dealing with homelessness and mental health issues. Prior to joining the team at Circle, he taught French at the university level and upon arriving at Circle worked with French clients to guide them through the journey as a Program Coordinator. Later, he was lucky enough to join the Accounting team where he manages trust accounts for Circle clients. He enjoys working with people from all over the country and world as they navigate the journey to parenthood.
JiaQi earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from a Chinese university and an Associate's degree for accounting from Bunker Hill Community College. Originally from Mainland China, he moved to the United States in 2012. JiaQi is fluent with English and Mandarin. JiaQi joined the Circle family in 2016, as an accountant, and manages intended parents’ trust accounts and works closely with them throughout their journey.
Anne was a former Case Manager at Circle from 2006-2008. She grew up in New England, but moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma to marry her husband and became a mother to two beautiful children. She worked for an IVF clinic for 6 years doing insurance benefits, IVF financial counseling and egg donor coordination. She then decided to embark on her own journey as a surrogate, and delivered a baby girl for her IP’s in the summer of 2015. The experience of being a surrogate led her back to rejoin the Circle team as a Program Coordinator, and she recently started the role of Manager of Medical Billing. She hopes that her broad areas of experience personally and professionally will help guide others on their own journey.
Deanna has a vast knowledge of billing procedures and medical office procedures as a billing assistant. Deanna was born and raised in Massachusetts and has worked as a billing representative since 2005. Because of her love for her daughter, Deanna is proud to work for a company that is able to provide the gift of parenthood to others. In Deanna’s spare time she enjoys listening to music, reading and spending time with her daughter and family.
Mary joined the Circle family in 2012 as our receptionist. A few years later, because of her knowledge about the office and her personable nature, Mary was promoted to Office Manager. Mary keeps the office running smoothly, and is everyone's go-to when they need anything. Outside of work, Mary enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and she's the biggest Disney fan we know, travelling to the most magical place on earth as often as she can!
Kate joined Circle in 2015, after working as an administrative assistant in the architectural field for over 10 years. Kate is used to wearing many hats at Circle, always happy to help others whenever needed. Outside of work, Kate loves traveling, live music and being amongst friends.
