I have been happily married for 11 years and have two beautiful children. We love our family dynamic and have no desire to have any more biological children; however, I truly enjoy pregnancy and wanted to share the gift of family with others. Every journey is a little different and has had different obstacles but there is a moment in delivery that makes it all so very worth it. I am very open with the entire process and love to share my experiences! “I love watching our children grow.” That’s what I told my husband one summer day, watching our kids play in the yard. That moment also made me think about families that can’t do it on their own. Being a child of adoption, I know first-hand that unconditional love can be formed for a child that you did not birth. I instantly realized I could help someone else. We knew our family was complete and 6 months later, I decided to reach out to surrogacy companies to see if it was a possibility for me and that’s when I found Circle. I’m the mother of 4 active kids and the wife of a very hardworking husband. They all played a major role in supporting me during both pregnancies. From letting me nap at random hours of the day, to helping me locate my spot for shots – and even giving baby some extra love from the outside – they were as much a part of this as I was. I could not have done it without them. I was lucky enough to complete two surrogacy journeys, one for a same-sex couple from NY and my most recently for a heterosexual couple that was local to me in IL.

It is so wonderful being in that moment of awe, for the parents, when the baby is born. It really leaves you speechless and with a full heart. I remember all the questions that I had when I first started looking into being a surrogate.

Hey all, my name is Shelby, I’m married to my very supportive husband Luke and we have a 3 year old daughter named Rowyn. Being a Surrogate was always something I knew I wanted to do as I cannot imagine not being able to have my own children and I absolutely love being pregnant. After having our daughter Rowyn and my husband not wanting another one yet, I knew signing up to be a surrogate would fill my heart and it did times a million!

I decided to be a surrogate for many reasons, one being that I love pregnancy and have had pretty easy labor & deliveries with my children… but the biggest reason for me is the devastating thought of others not being able to have children. I want to help others feel that same love and joy I get to have being a parent.

Even though my husband and I decided we were done growing our own family, I didn’t feel like I was ready to completely close that chapter of having those experiences. I talked to my husband about surrogacy and looked into many different agencies not quite ready to fully commit…until we came across Circle Surrogacy. I emailed asking if I could chat on the phone with someone just to answer some questions and the coordinator that reached out was also an experienced carrier! She helped answer all questions and concerns I had leaving me with such a great feeling about what to expect all while giving me the clarity I needed to move forward with the process! 3 journeys with international couples

My name is Erica and I'm from a small town in Alabama. I am married to my wonderful husband Joshua that is my best friend and we have 3 great kids.

The reason I got into being a surrogate is my sister had trouble getting pregnant and we had talked about me carrying for her if she needed me to. But she wanted to try everything on her own first before me doing it for her. I started looking into a lot of surrogate companies and when I found Circle Surrogacy I knew I want to use them. And I'm so glad I chose them!

I began my first journey in 2016 and was matched with a great family from China. I delivered a baby boy in August 2017. The smile on his mom's face told me how much she loved him and how grateful and appreciative she was of what I had done for her and her family. Even though we had a translator to help us communicate throughout the journey, at that moment we didn't need one. IAfter that, I knew I wanted to help more families in need grow.

In Jan 2019 we began our 2nd journey with another couple from China. Through this journey, we had a lot to go through it was the start of COVID. In June 2020 we delivered a healthy baby girl.

We wanted to keep helping other families grow, so here we are now in our 3rd journey. We are waiting for our clinic to clear us to go and do the medical clearance!

I have always been very open with my journeys and I love to talk about them and try to help others understand surrogacy and get others into becoming surrogates to help other families.

I am an experienced surrogate from Texas. I became a surrogate because I loved being pregnant. I have several friends and family members who are trying and have tried to get pregnant for so many years. It’s so heart breaking because they want to be parents so badly. I’ve offered to be some of their surrogates, but they want to try on their own. The looks on my Intended Parents' faces when they are handed their baby for the first time is priceless for me. I did my research with different surrogate companies and read reviews. And I fell in love with the surrogates’ stories and the reviews were great as well. If I had the chance to be a surrogate again I would in a heartbeat. I just want to give back to parents who try and want children to be able to be parents as well.
