Surrogacy by State

If you’re interested in becoming a surrogate or a parent through surrogacy, the state laws where the surrogate resides will have an impact on the surrogacy journey. Most states are surrogacy-friendly, with the exception of three states where compensated surrogacy is not considered legal: Michigan, Nebraska and Louisiana. Due to these laws, we cannot work with surrogates who reside in these states; we can, however, support intended parents from all 50 states.
