Surrogacy Costs: Our Fixed Cost Program

Our Fixed Cost Program allows us to control surrogacy costs for Intended Parents by offering a fixed price – that does not change – for their surrogacy journey. We want to prepare intended parents as much as possible and eliminate surprise surrogacy fees along their journey, to help them better plan for how much surrogacy costs.

The Fixed Cost Program: One Price, Guaranteed

Our Fixed Cost Program provides Intended Parents the security of paying one fixed price for a single transfer journey.

Our cost sheets reflect ALL costs Intended Parents will encounter on a surrogacy journey. The total cost you see at the beginning of your journey, is what you can expect to pay. Our Fixed Cost Program eliminates costs that IPs who work with other agencies may not be prepared for, such as surrogate and egg donor travel, insurance and other contingencies.

Pricing for the Fixed Cost Program:

Fixed Cost for Surrogacy Program: $125,500 (excludes IVF)

Fixed Cost for Surrogacy Program plus Egg Donation: $149,500 (excludes IVF)

Intended Parents pay the one set price for our surrogacy program for a single transfer journey.

If for some reason your first transfer isn't successful, Intended Parents would then pay a fixed fee for additional transfers and/or retrievals.

What does "Fixed Cost" mean for surrogacy?

Surrogacy costs fall into four categories:

• Professional fees
• Gestational Carrier (surrogate) and Egg Donor fees
• Insurance Expenses
• IVF Expenses

Circle Surrogacy offers fixed costs for all professional fees, gestational carrier and egg donation fees, and insurance expenses. This means that intended parents will not pay a penny more for professional fees, gestational carrier and egg donor fees (unless they select a carrier or egg donor with a higher base fee) or insurances expenses. While IVF expenses are a variable cost, Circle can connect intended parents with IVF clinics that offer similar fixed price programs for IVF expenses.

When comparing surrogacy agency costs for multiple agencies, intended parents should ask questions to determine exactly what is covered in the costs presented. Not every surrogacy agency includes all contingencies in their costs, resulting in surprise fees along the way.

Circle Surrogacy includes all of those fees that make up a surrogacy journey up front.

What's covered in the Fixed Cost Program costs?

Our cost plans are built to cover all of the necessities of a surrogacy journey....and even those that can be unexpected.

Intended parents can expect the following to be covered with Circle Surrogacy's cost programs:

- All surrogate and egg donor screening
- Surrogate and Egg Donor matching
- Coordination of your journey
- Maintenance of your Trust Account
- Psychosocial support throughout your journey
- All legal fees (includes contracts and parental rights)

Why should Intended Parents choose a Fixed Cost Program?
A surrogacy journey entails many unknowns, and having fixed costs allows parents to plan for and enter into a surrogacy journey with an exact cost. Some agencies only include some of the costs that may arise during a journey on their cost sheets and initial total surrogacy costs. Circle Surrogacy believes in transparency, and providing parents with an upfront surrogacy cost that does not change or increase during their journey.
Why is surrogacy so expensive?
A surrogacy journey involves many professionals who are experts in the surrogacy and egg donation field, including: lawyers, IVF specialists, social workers, accountants and program coordinators. Plus, there are medical and insurance expenses for every journey. On average, a surrogacy journey with a reputable surrogacy agency should cost between $120,000-$140,000 ($125,500 at Circle Surrogacy) for a surrogacy only journey, and $140,000-$160,000 ($149,500 at Circle Surrogacy) for a surrogacy and egg donation journey (both exclusive of IVF).
