Growing domestic and international parenting agency is looking for an attorney to play an integral role assisting our legal team in providing services for intended parents, surrogates, and egg donors throughout their surrogacy journey. The position will allow person to draft contracts, review and analyze insurance contracts and policies, assist intended parents in establishing their legal parentage rights and learn and grow in an ever changing and niche field of law. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations, critical thinking and problem solving skills, and an interest and/or experience in the field.
