Surrogate Outreach Coordinator

Growing surrogacy and egg donation agency is looking for a Surrogate Outreach Coordinator to drive surrogate outreach efforts that lead to significant and continued growth. You will be responsible for educating surrogates thinking about working with Circle Surrogacy to fulfill their desire to help others achieve their dreams of parenthood and convert those leads to clients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people but is also goals-oriented and familiar with numbers-based sales. This is a highly visible role that is critical to the company achieving its goals. Due to the nature of surrogate lead outreach, this role will require a Tuesday through Saturday work schedule.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Review initial applications of surrogate candidates
  • Engage surrogate candidates by phone, text, and email to provide initial education on the surrogacy process
  • Complete data entry tasks into shared company database
  • Support surrogate candidates in completing initial paperwork to move forward in the rest of the screening process with Pre-Screening Team
  • Work closely with Pre-Screening and Screening Teams to ensure cohesive and efficient application process for surrogate leads
  • Provide input to marketing department to monitor quality of leads
  • Meet weekly and monthly individual and group goals for lead conversion
  • Act in accordance with Circle Surrogacy’s professional brand whenever in contact with surrogates or any internal or external stakeholders
  • Serve as key member of the Surrogate Outreach team

Social Media & Content Coordinator

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Creator to join our Marketing Team. This person will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Director to create and execute social media strategies, campaigns and content across multiple accounts, as well as content creation for the company’s two blogs.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Create and maintain social media calendars, including drafting post copy and scheduling posts across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest
  • Curate and write posts for social media, and content for our two blogs
  • Create short videos for our website and IG reels and TikTok
  • Help plan, execute and manage impactful social media campaigns
  • Managing the scheduling of all social media and blog posts
  • Optimize content for SEO
  • Monitor, respond to and engage in conversations in our online community
  • Develop and expand community and user outreach efforts
  • Assist in the planning, development and execution of social media campaigns across social channels
  • Assist Digital Marketing Manager with monthly reports, helping to develop data-driven reports that include actionable insights and recommendations for paid and digital media

Social Worker

The Social Worker position combines clinical assessment skills and supportive counseling to surrogates in a fast-paced business environment. Social workers at Circle are involved in the gestational carrier process before a surrogate is matched with intended parents and post-match as the surrogate moves forward in her surrogacy journey. This provides our social workers with a unique opportunity to engage in both short-term work through the assessment phase and long-term work supporting carriers throughout their journeys that can last one to two years. The social worker role is critical to the company’s business operations and vital to Circle’s superior customer service and support to our clients. This role is a good fit for social workers who are looking for opportunities to extend beyond a traditional social work environment. In an effort to connect with our surrogate population this specific position will include a combination of some days during the regular work week and weekend days.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*

  • Review surrogate profiles to prepare for screening
  • Coordinate and conduct video/phone psychosocial assessments with surrogate applicants
  • Produce ≈20 page assessments per applicant to be used in matching process with intended parents and documentation purposes for IVF process
  • Provide supportive counseling to assigned surrogates throughout their journey with the agency
  • Work with matching team to coordinate surrogate matching process with intended parents
  • Collaborate and coordinate across Circle’s interdisciplinary teams and with our partners to facilitate the smoothest possible experience for our clients
  • Document important data related to journey in agency database and provide weekly/monthly/annual reports as requested
  • Act as a contributing team player to the Social Work team

Program Coordinator/Case Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Provides high level of customer service while serving as the primary point of contact for intended parents, surrogates, and egg donors throughout their surrogacy journey.
  • Collaborates and coordinates across Circle’s interdisciplinary teams and with our partners to facilitate the smoothest possible experience for our clients.
  • Advises intended parents in making decisions and navigating obstacles throughout the journey.
  • Provides support to intended parents and surrogates during low points in the journey such as failed transfers, relationship issues with surrogate, miscarriage, premature and/or complicated deliveries.
  • Enters important data related to journey in agency database.
  • Acts as a contributing team player to Program Coordinator team.

Office Lead for Los Angeles and San Francisco offices

We are expanding to cities across the U.S. and Europe to better serve our clients and are hiring an Office Head for our newest offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco, CA. This role is focused on helping lead growth activity within these regions. Your primary responsibility will be interfacing with and building a community within LA/SF and educating parents, surrogates, clinics, doctors, and nurses about the benefits of working with Circle Surrogacy to fulfill their dreams of building a family. Further you’ll have the opportunity to shape Circle’s presence in each of these cities as we grow, interfacing with any new hires and building a culture around the office.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*

  • Interfacing with the intended parent community in and around the region, including both Circle’s current clients and new prospective clients
  • Building relationships with area IVF clinics and their teams through clinic visits and joint-events with clinic staff at Circle’s offices
  • Hosting prospective intended parents, surrogates, and donors at Circle offices for community specific “social events” in the evenings and periodic weekends
  • Working with LGBTQ+ community members, assisting in the education of specific LGBTQ+ family building resources
  • Answering key questions about surrogacy & family building within the LGBTQ+ community, and determining the appropriate course of action for intended parents.
  • Schedule and conduct pre-consultation calls to educate intended parents on surrogacy as well as qualify IP’s for consultations
  • Schedule consultations for outreach team monthly, set up calendar entries, collect form from intended parents and conduct confirmation follow ups
  • Willing to work some weekends and evenings – average total time commitment of two days per week
  • Bridging communication between offices, sharing community initiatives on a consistent basis with intake/outreach team, contributing to smooth interpersonal connections between departments

  • Personal experience in surrogacy and/or egg donation greatly preferred
  • Ability to build meaningful connections with a people from a broad range of backgrounds and identities
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales enablement and operations experience for new prospects and existing customers
  • Comfort speaking to small groups of potential clients, surrogates, or medical professionals
  • Candidate should possess strong communication skills, be detail orientated, organized, a quick learner and team player who is also able to work independently.
  • Ability to be empathetic towards others who are struggling with infertility
