Surrogacy is a wonderful way to grow your family, but it can feel overwhelming at first, and likely you have many questions. We're meeting with intended parents virtually to discuss the surrogacy process, surrogacy costs and much more. We hope to meet you soon!
If you're considering growing your family through surrogacy, the best first step is to speak with a surrogacy agency. We offer two types of virtual consultations - pre-consultations and formal consultations. These are informative ways to get a better understanding of the surrogacy process and surrogacy costs, matching with your surrogate and domestic travel, as well as why intended parents choose Circle Surrogacy, and how our process has contributed to our success rate of 99.3%.
Pre-Consultations: During pre-consults, intended parents receive a general overview of the surrogacy process and costs from a member of our team. These are for intended parents just starting out in the information gathering stage, or maybe not financially ready to sign-on just yet.
Consultations: These are typically the final step intended parents take, when they feel emotionally and financially ready to embark on a journey within a 3 month time frame. Formal consultations include time with an in-house Circle Attorney, as well as a process consultant to go through, in detail, the surrogacy costs, insurance, and legal. These are also geared and narrowed down to a more personal level based on your situation.
If you're ready to talk about surrogacy, we're ready to meet with you.

Gestational surrogacy helps those who cannot have a child on their own become parents. The intended parents (IPs) use a gestational carrier (also referred to as a surrogate mother) to carry a baby to term.
Surrogacy is a process that requires medical and legal professionals to guide the intended parents, as well as a strong support process throughout the journey.
Through IVF (in vitro fertilization), embryos are created in a lab at a fertility clinic. Sometimes the intended parents use their own genetic material. Sometimes, an egg donor or sperm donor is required. At the fertility clinic, 1-2 embryos are implanted into a gestational carrier, who carries the baby(ies) to term.
Surrogates, surrogate mother or gestational carriers are all terms for a woman who carries a baby for someone else. Gestational carriers have no genetic relationship to the children they deliver.
Circle Surrogacy & Egg Donation is the leading surrogacy agency because we always put our Intended Parents’ needs first. Our program and surrogacy costs are structured to achieve two primary goals: success and cost security.
Circle is proud to offer the all-inclusive Journey Protection Guarantee Program, which is designed to help as many Intended Parents as possible bring home a baby while reducing variable costs.

A question many intended parents have is how do they find a surrogate mother to carry their baby. We recommend working with a surrogacy agency – like Circle Surrogacy – who will manage all aspects of your surrogacy, including finding a surrogate mother match.
We will match you with a surrogate based on 3 criteria:
It's important that the surrogate mother with whom you match is a good fit for surrogacy. Surrogate mothers must meet strict surrogacy requirements in order to accepted in our surrogate program.
Circle Surrogacy also fully screens their surrogate mothers prior to matching them with intended parents. Surrogates must complete a 3-step screening process in order to meet Circle's standards for matching. Fully screening surrogates before a match is made helps ensure a more successful journey, fewer match breaks and a strong start in your relationship.
Working with an agency makes your search to find a surrogate safe and easy.

We know there's many agencies to choose from in the world. It's imperative that you research surrogacy agencies and determine how successful the surrogacy agency is and if it would be a good fit. Choosing your surrogacy agency is a personal choice, not every agency is suitable for everyone.
This list of criteria will help intended parents in their surrogacy research of agencies.
This Surrogacy Agency Checklist is a helpful tool to use to ask questions to surrogacy agencies to find the one that's best for you and your journey to becoming a parent.
