John Weltman, founder of Circle Surrogacy, is a lawyer and gay dad of two children through surrogacy. John built Circle Surrogacy on the belief that everyone should have the opportunity to be a parent. A passionate surrogacy advocate, John was the first to establish the right of couples to get insurance coverage for gestational surrogacy in Massachusetts, and has repeatedly obtained pre-birth orders, step parent, and second parent adoptions for gay and straight couples and singles having children through surrogacy throughout the country. John grew Circle Surrogacy into one of the largest and most successful surrogacy agencies in the world, helping grow families in over 73 countries.
