Couples and individuals in North Carolina and surrounding states who are interested in becoming parents, surrogates, or egg donors have convenient access to our Raleigh, NC office of our surrogacy and egg donation agency. Our office is located in the Research Triangle, and is just 15 miles from downtown Raleigh, North Carolina and 25 miles south or Durham, North Carolina. Our facility is 20 minutes from the Raleigh-Durham International Airport. This location offers consultations and hosts events.

Circle Surrogacy & Egg Donation was founded in 1995 by John Weltman, lawyer and dad through surrogacy. Headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, Circle Surrogacy has offices in Los Angeles, San Fransisco Bay Area, New York, Washington, DC, Raleigh, NC and London.

Circle offers support and services for potential parents, surrogates, and egg donors from all over the United States – as well as potential parents from around the world. Our North Carolina surrogacy agency office supports intended parents, surrogates and egg donors from North Carolina and the east coast, as well as international intended parents. Our Raleigh, NC surrogacy office is located close to top-rated fertility clinics making it easy for intended parents, surrogates and egg donors to begin their journey. And while you likely will never need to visit your surrogacy and egg donation agency, if you live on the eastern seaboard, you can easily visit our surrogacy office in North Carolina.

Becoming an Egg Donor

Being an egg donor – and donating your eggs – is a wonderful way to give the gift of parenthood to others. Women who apply to be egg donors have the opportunity choose which type of egg donation they wish to do; many egg donors choose Known Egg Donation so they can get to the know the intended parents whom they are helping.

Do I have to live in the Raleigh area in order to work with Circle Surrogacy?

No! Intended parents, surrogates and egg donors do not need to live in the Raleigh-Durham area or even North Carolina in order to work with us. Surrogates and donors can live anywhere in the US, and intended parents can live anywhere in the US or abroad and can apply with us.

You will never be required to travel to Circle's offices. All of our communications are done via video, phone and email. The only travel you will need to do is to the fertility clinic.

Of course, if you do live nearby or will be in the North Carolina area, we'd love to meet you in person!

Do I have to work with a North Carolina clinic to work with Circle?
No, we work with clinics all across the United States. We have clinics with whom we've worked with for many years, and we are introduced to new clinics often by our intended parents.
