Please Note:

* Egg donors must be between the ages of 20 and 29. Gestational carriers musts be between the ages of 21 and 38.

* At this time, we are unable to accept gestational carrier candidates who currently are living in Canada, Nebraska, Michigan, New York, New Jersey and Washington because of laws regarding surrogacy in those states/country. Also we can not accept women who are not living in the United States.

* All candidates for gestational surrogacy must have previously given birth and must presently be a non-smoker. Additionally, your Body Mass Index (BMI) must not be more than 30. BMI is a measure of your body fat based on height and weight. Click here to determine your BMI
