Circle hosts London and Stockholm seminars about new surrogacy options

Circle Surrogacy held two informational seminars in London and Stockholm in May 2009. The London seminar was co-sponsored by Connecticut Fertility Associates. The seminar featured a presentation by Lori, a American surrogate mom who delivered a baby for a London couple. Also presenting were medical and legal experts who provided professional and practical advice for gay and straight couples and singles in Britain who want to become parents through surrogacy
Lori is a lesbian mother herself, and she raises her kids with her partner in Wisconsin. She delivered a baby for a London couple about a month prior to the presentation, and the parents were in attendance along with their baby. Since the seminar Lori was matched with another UK couple, also through Circle Surrogacy, and she is expected to deliver for them in the summer of 2010.
A similar seminar was held in Stockholm, with specific information relevant to Swedish couples and singles. In both seminars Circle presented the innovative surrogacy programs it recently launched, including "Guaranteed Baby" and more affordable surrogacy options with the use of an Egg Bank and Egg Sharing.
