The Documentary reviews alternative parenthood paths for French citizens, and presents Circle Surrogacy as one of the only viable options they have, since surrogacy is illegal France. It includes interviews with Circle Surrogacy clients James and Rich, now parents of a baby boy, and Melissa, a third time surrogate mother. Also featured are several Circle employees, including John Weltman, Circle's founder and president.
