keeping costs down
John Weltman, Circle Surrogacy's president, started this program with the concept of keeping the cost down so that it would be an affordable alternative to private adoption. As overall surrogacy costs continue to rise due to higher medical, insurance and surrogate fees, Circle moved to offer new programs that provide cost savings through the use of innovative frozen Egg Bank and Egg Sharing arrangements. Circle Surrogacy has helped couples and singles, gay and straight, from more than 30 different countries -- from as far away as Dubai, Russia, Israel and Australia, as well as almost every European country, Canada and and Latin America. We have studied the laws of the major countries we serve and partnered with local organizations and lawyers to provide a complete solution for our clients before and after the birth. Our staff speaks languages including French, Spanish, and Hebrew. We also often offer consultations and seminars around the USA and worldwide.
How we work with same sex couples
Circle Surrogacy is the nation's oldest full service gay owned and gay focused surrogate-parenting agency. Our select circle of specialized IVF clinics have all agreed to protocols and guidelines developed by Circle to also suit the unique needs of gay prospective parents. We only direct clients to clinics with superior medical credentials, highest success rate records, and warm, flexible and accommodating attitude.

Our program is continuing to experience a growing number of clients and births - as you can see in our surrogate cycles page. To meet the growing demand we have been adding staff, and increased our surrogate recruiting efforts. We have also outgrown our previous space with the Lawson & Weitzen offices, and on February first, 2010, we moved to our new expanded location at 200 High Street in Boston.
personal relationships
Despite our growth we nevertheless continue to put an emphasis on personal relationships throughout our program. Almost all of our clients personally meet with John and at least one of our social workers, and we maintain close contact with our clients and surrogates throughout the entire process (and well after the birth of the babies). We also stress the importance of a warm relationship between the prospective parents and the families of their gestational carriers, and assist in the creation of such a relationship through careful matching and support.
