OTHER COST CONSIDERATIONS FOR GESTATIONAL SURROGACY with EGG SHARING (2010 - USA)

While the costs in the previous page are to be expected, the costs below are only possible contingent extras.  No one in our program has ever had to pay all of the expenses listed here, and some get by without ever paying any of the expenses listed here.  We do not collect any of the sums dictated by chance as part of the trust fund, but will collect those that may be dictated by the circumstances of your carrier and/or donor and those that may be created by choices you have made.[4]

VARIABLE COSTS

The most common extras are second transfers of $5,700 (happens about 30% of the time), twins additional costs of between $3,000 and $8,000 (happens about 40% of the time) travel of $2950 to $4000 for donors (happens about 50% of the time, except that it is irrelevant to the Egg Bank and Egg Sharing programs), travel of $5000 for carriers (happens about 80% of the time, unless you are willing to wait an extra couple of months for a local carrier).
