Jen: The life-transforming experience of being an egg donor

We received this poem from Jen, who donated eggs last year to an international gay couple. She subsequently met the newborn baby girl and part of her extended family.

In this program donors agree to meet the intended parents, to potentially stay in touch so one day the child / children can meet them, and to provide updated medical history if needed. Some also forge very meaningful relationships with the parents, while others maintain more limited ones.
